Self-Test

Take our self-test and discover how far down the rabbit hole you are. You will learn that technology addiction manifests on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. The truth is that it could ruin your relationships and life.

Tip of the Week

Keep informed of the good, bad, and ugly in the world of technology. Our weekly tips include from movies and YouTube videos to watch, books to read, and exercises to get away from the screen!

Welcome to TechnoLife Wise Foundation

The TechnoLife Wise Foundation raises awareness of the effects that the overuse of technology has on our body, heart, mind, and soul. We aim to empower you with knowledge to make wise tech choices to ultimately live a healthy, purposeful life.

When we become too dependent on our digital devices, we tend to neglect ourselves and our loved ones. We trade real life for the virtual world, and become anxious, depressed, lonely, numb, and disconnected from our spirit. Wise tech choices enable us to strike a techno-life balance, live in harmony with the internet of things, and enjoy technology and life in equal measure.
